The Boston Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival will be looking for Volunteer Leaders and General Volunteers for the 2025 Boston Dragon Boat Festival.  Volunteers are vital to festival and race day operations.

Volunteer Leaders and General Volunteers will be split into two camps: Festival side and Race side.  Festival side volunteers will be generally tasked with operations involved in checking in performers, food vendors, and other providers to designated areas.  Race side volunteers will be generally tasked with operations involved in directing team traffic and assisting paddlers.
