2010 Registration Instructions Local Teams- Must be Read and Followed
2010 Registration Instructions Visiting Teams - Contain maps,
directions and other vital info.
Combined Team Roster and Registration Form - For Local and Out
of Town Teams.
(Rosters may be updated until 1 Week before the races)

Team Entry Fees
Local Teams: MA, NH, RI, CT, VT - $800. Multiple
Team Discount: $
50.00 off on second team, $100.00 off on third team. Separate
refundable $200 security damage check required for teams practicing
with Boston Dragon Festival Boats.
Visiting Teams: (outside 150 Mile radius) - $500.
Multiple Team Discount: $ 50.00 off on second team,
$100.00 off on third team.
Early
Registration Discounts
$100.00 off for first team if payment received before March 1, 2010.
$50.00 off for first team if payment received before April 15, 2010.
Late Fee of $100.00 to be added to entry fee for payment
received after May,20 2010
Boston Dragon Boat Festival reserves the right to determine if teams
qualify as Visitors.

Wheelock College is pleased to offer an alternative housing option
for Dragon Boat attendees.
Our non-air-conditioned residence rooms are a mix of singles,
doubles, and triples. There are some mini-suites (two double rooms
with a shared bathroom en suite) and some traditional rooms that
share semi-private bathrooms located adjacent to the rooms. We also
have traditional-style singles, doubles, and triples with bathrooms
down the hall.
For ten or more adults, our group rates start at $39.00 per person
per night double occupancy for non-air-conditioned space (fans are
provided) and $49.00 per person per night double occupancy for
air-conditioned space.
We also have classroom and function space available. We look forward to hearing
from you and discussing your needs.

• Massachusetts College of Art and Design - Fenway neighborhood
Located on Huntington Ave in Boston, the Artists'
Residence is a 9-story residence hall with apartment style units a
short walking distance to the Longwood and Museum of Fine Arts MBTA
stop on the E branch of the Green line. Our apartments house between 2
and 5 people with a limited number of single occupancy studio
apartments, in a variety of floor plans. Each of the fully furnished
apartments has a fully applianced kitchen (no microwaves), and private
bathroom with some of the higher occupancy apartments also containing
a small living room area.
Provided amenities include: full air
conditioning, 24-hour courtesy desk and secured access, high-speed
internet service (wireless as well as Ethernet ports in the rooms),
cable television access, and voicemail access. Telephones are not
provided, however guests are welcome to bring one if they wish.
Additional amenities offered for a nominal fee are television rental
and linen rental (bedding and towels).
Our nightly rates are $45 per person for a double
occupancy bedroom and $65 per person for a single occupancy bedroom.

close to downtown and to public transportation to the
festival. Located in the Fenway Section of Boston
near the Museum of Art. No linen, towels or pillows
provided.
Multi occupancy rooms for 2, 3, or 4 people are $52 per night.
Single occupancy $65 per night.
